Exchange & Refund Policy

La Lorraine strives for every customer’s utmost satisfaction with their purchase. If your order is damaged or not up to your satisfaction, please email to us immediately after item is received and we will allow an exchange for another item (higher or with equivalent value).

The following details have to be included in the email for easy processing at our end:

  • Your Order
  • Details / Faults
  • Picture of Faults

For Singapore purchase, all items must be returned within 14 working days from the date of order unwashed & unworn and with tag attached.

When we receive your return item(s), we will send you an email notification from La Lorraine. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

For international purchase, the purchase is non-exchangeable and non-refundable currently. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 
Do take note that
1. STRICTLY no cash refunds are allowed for all returned items.

2. Exchange can be done one (1) time ONLY.

3. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach La Lorraine.

4. La Lorraine strongly recommends choosing a postage service that allows tracking of package.
